Hello! I am Jane.
I am a student of the human condition, and have spent my life learning to understand the beliefs, fears, wounds and conditioning that drive each of us, and how these things in turn affect our experience of our lives.
I have been blessed to spend much of my professional life supporting others to understand themselves and learn to be fearless advocates for their own (and each other’s) healthful growth. My decade-long professional engagement with vitalistic philosophy and practice (and the deep understanding it affords about the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual mechanisms at work in health and disease), taught me a great deal about why we suffer or get sick when we do, what mechanisms are at work when we heal, and how we can begin to let go of the patterns that perpetuate the funk in which we find ourselves.
For almost 15 years I have been working one-on-one and in retreat settings to support others in fostering their unique, dynamic, fulfilling life: built from quiet self-inquiry, a reverence for rest, self-love and playful curiosity, and the establishing of conscious/compassionate communication within themselves and in their relationships.
I have been honored and humbled to experience and witness the powerful change that begins when we dare to pause or be still (in a world that tells us our worth is built only from our doing).
Have you yet recognized that you can FEEL alone/separate/sad/scared/anxious/depressed and BE safe and whole, at the same time? There is you, the human (the doer, the thinker, the sensor, the feeler, the solver of problems and maker of things (or is it… maker of problems?), and there is you, the being (the stillness itself, the infinite space in which the human (and all its noise) exists). Recognizing this co-existence and then experiencing it as the deepest truth there is, is life’s most delicious and well-kept secret.
